Emotionally driven business decisions, running a business with a couple in charge is HARD, and unfortunately they are not succeeding. All projects, program, and structures are built with bootstrap budgets but you are expected to deliver world class results. Training is not provided, you better figure out how to use the programs yourself or you are in deep trouble. Saw teammates go left and right and the whole team became stressed, sad, unmotivated and upset. Many inappropriate comments made by management consistently, agree with comments placed by previous employees on the negative and inappropriate discussions that are had in the workplace by management.
