      Pros

      SAP Business One's largest partner in North America

      Cons

      I have not met a single satisfied customer. Clients move to other SAP partners or change SAP to other ERP systems. They have a great SAles Team. But they cannot successfully complete SAP implementation. Customers overpay 2-3 times more than the estimated budget.

      Pros

      Vision33 offers a very collaborative atmosphere where expertise is valued. As a Delivery Manager, I appreciate the structured methodologies and the caliber of the ERP projects we handle. The leadership team is approachable, and there are genuine opportunities for career advancement if you show initiative. Friendly atmosphere, transparency all around, a great place to be in!

      Cons

      The workload can be quite heavy during peak project delivery phases, which sometimes impacts work-life balance, which is part of the IT industry and fine.
