      * An inverse triangle structure where the top level should not be trusted as they will throw you under the bus without blinking * The expectation that you will work long hours (for no thanks) * A cult like leadership team (nutters) * The CEO will reduce you to tears for fun

      There's no pros I can find about this company

      Cons

      So many fundamental things are not present with this company. Constant poor communication, middle managers are lap dogs to senior management who rule with fear. Always talking about mood and how it's a choice, many misogynistic talk internally and guaranteed bad mouthing of the clients. An embarrassment of a company. Pleas avoid working with.
