      Pros

      growing and Interesting industry - who does't like the cloud?

      Cons

      Poor pay and benefits at the time. Owner only looking out for him self. He cashed out big time and left. No profit sharing or options. They don't promote from within, if you want a better job you need to leave the company.

      Pros

      Honorable. They do what they say they will.

      Cons

      TDS is working very hard to reduce head count and reduce customer service quality. TDS does not care about increasing customer churn as they have such a warped view of churn from their traditional telco divisions.
