1. On-time monthly salary. 2. Loan facility without no interest. 3. Good for starting the career. 4. Good Working Space with good decoration.

Cons

1. First of all Worst CEO. CEO behavior is so bad. 2. HR has no power because of CEO create new rules for his need. 3. Not good for a long career. You can stay there maximum of 2-3 years, after that you need to leave the company. 4. Employees can't discuss their salary with other team members. 5. Bad Increment Policy. 6. Worst Leave policy, they will cut your 1/2 day’s extra leave if you take leave with weekends or holidays. 7. Worst festival bonus system, half of your basic salary. 8. Performance measurement system is not good.
