Pros

If you know how to butter your boss you will work great here

Cons

1) We never get salary on time 2) Increments happens very very late 3) Company has 80/20 salary rule..and from the past 2 years we haven't got full salary 4) Growth is nil..there are no advance technologies present..all obsolete machinaries and softwares are there so experience build is not useful anywhere 6) Guidance is nil especially if you join as GET you will quickly go into depression...hence most GETs don't even stay they leave 7) The company even went into NCLT 8) Food is pathetic in mess 9) Saturdays not off 10) Has no activities or events for mind recreation.. living here has become hell

Pros

You become a pro in lying, they teach you how to be a good manipulator

Cons

The entire company’s management is messed up. They are facing some issues with SPCB from July'25 onwards, the management is incapable of dealing with the government and they have stopped providing salaries to the employees. Moreover, the management goes on a vacation with the family while the employees are waiting for the plant to restart so they can get their salary and they can manage their daily basic needs. They don’t listen to the employees. They don’t care about the employees. They just know how to squeeze the money out of the employees pockets. Horrible company. I will never recommend anybody to join this company even if it’s the last or the only option that anybody has. They are destroying career of young professionals by hiring them under a bond of 3 years as GETs and MTs. They pay them peanuts and after 1 year of paid training those GETs and MTs get paid even lesser salary than what they were getting as trainees. They deduct 20% of their CTC in the name of Variable and never pay them back. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.
