The team leader is really good; she knows her stuff They have good systems to follow The training is comprehensive
Cons
So much work compressed in 9 hours a day. While they hire from UP almost exclusively, the rate is not that competitive and you have to take overtime mostly. The shifting schedule also isn't ideal.
