      Pros

      Given a lot of room to use new technologies and techniques. Management allow devs to develop without a great deal of interferance. Fast paced I'm rarely bored. Very relaxed, understanding atmosphere. Excellent colleagues.

      Cons

      You have to love change/uncertantity- there is lots of it. Pretty crap location - good if you like starbucks.
