Management is non existent. Communication from management was sparse and often times they forgot to tell you integral things like wave time start
or about feedback or any violations you had. Owner is extremely out of touch and has no idea how his business runs but has no problem berating people. People are hired based on whether they fit in with their cliques. Not a very understanding work place and expect you to be a robot.
