      Great working with animals, starting hourly pay is above minimum wage, owner is wonderful and very fair, customers are all animal-lovers and are typically great to interact with, fun and friendly environment

      Cons

      The cleaning work can sometimes be a little rough, but it's outweighed by other aspects of the job
