HR structure (or lack of) are more performative than protective. Reporting legitimate issues was met with indifference, dismissal, and retaliation. no support whatsoever for employee well-being or growth; long hours and emotional labor were expected and rarely acknowledged. Poor separation of personal agendas and professional management. Decisions often felt arbitrary and political rather than strategic or collaborative.
