Westview Ventures’ management style is opaque and extremely reactive, with a strong tolerance for dysfunction and mean girl vibes. Leadership often enables or protects toxic behavior. HR structure (or lack of) are more performative than protective. Reporting legitimate issues was met with indifference, dismissal, and retaliation. no support whatsoever for employee well-being or growth; long hours and emotional labor were expected and rarely acknowledged. Poor separation of personal agendas and professional management. Decisions often felt arbitrary and political rather than strategic or collaborative.
