      Decent salary and nice coworkers

      Cons

      Overworked, burnout. A lot of micromanagement and passive aggressiveness and narcissistic going on. There’s bad communication between some of the managers and from the managers towards their employees; many times there weren't clear instructions on how to complete tasks.
