Both bosses tend to use hidden tactics to make it seem like you made mistakes at work, allowing them to label you as a faulty employee who breached the contract and is not eligible for compensation or salary, even if you have served a long time in the company. As a small-scale company with insufficient funds, the boss is too young and has immature thinking. Please think twice before joining this company, as they have an unstable business base and clients frequently refuse to continue their services.
