The office atmosphere is relaxed but you have to respond rapidly to challenges as the company's clients are quite demanding. Many in the company work across multiple projects so there is not much chance of settling in a rut. The company is beginning to carve out its own business niche. So it is rewarding when projects reach milestones that are part of the future. You can't beat the San Diego weather or beach and the city has a laid back style. Compared to LA, San Diego is a more comfortable environment.
