      - Lots of freedom and autonomy with the roles in the newsroom - The ability to work with young professionals and incredibly talented students - Access to great resources and equipment - Rewards hard work

      - Management vision/structure is often confusing and leads to lack of execution - Advancement is sometimes gated by relationships rather than skill

      Not a lot of room for growth in the company. It's also on a campus which has high parking fees.
