      Pros

      Small company setting with good amount of responsibility. Great opportunity to learn. Good people to work with.

      Cons

      You could feel underpaid but it is balanced by the fact that you learn a lot by working here. Ultimately when you feel you have learnt enough the underpaid feeling tends to get stronger !!!

      Flexible working time, and lots of parking spaces.

      Pros

      Technically interesting work. Nice location near the beach. Nice people at the location where I worked. Flexible hours available. Travel per diem offered.

      Cons

      401k not the best. Stock options given were worthless. Lower wages than other employers for a similar position. Late evening conference calls with China. Language barriers.
