The culture of the Hospice House is off putting and unprofessional. One of the day shift nurses is absolutely terrible, she is a bully who runs to sympathetic management- no corrective action is taken by admin, even after numerous complaints by peers. Management will talk poorly about nurses to other staff members. The current administrator prefers drama to competency.
