      Pros

      VHV is employee owned (ESOP) and they care about their employees. They have an incredible apprenticeship training program for anyone wanting to get into the trades.

      Cons

      I don't see cons, I only see opportunities to always do better.

      Good pay good opportunities and health and 401k and employee share program

      Cons

      Jobs are located great distances some times can be away from home for long time Is difficult to gain re employment if less than licences Was a discerning bias towards welders
