Pros

- There is no shortage of work, providing ample opportunities to stay busy and engaged. - The company offers interesting and diverse projects across various departments like marketing, fraud detection, engineering, and more, allowing employees to gain exposure to different areas. - Competitive compensation package, including a small bonus structure. - Plenty of learning opportunities, fostering personal and professional development. - responsible, respectful, supportive, reliable, knowledgeable colleagues

Cons

Working with certain managers or leaders can be challenging, as some tend to have strong opinions and may foster unnecessary competition rather than collaboration. • Career growth within the company is not always clear or well-defined, which can make it difficult to map out a long-term trajectory.

Pros

1 Generous and brilliant founder 2 Emphasis on tech and innovation for growth 3 Industry behemoth 4 Customer Operations abreast with ambiguous legal regulations

Cons

1 Inefficient internal support teams overstaffed with underqualified yet overpaid yet underperforming personnel 2 "People and Culture" a gross misnomer for the HR team. If not egregiously promulgating disregard for internal policies whenever personally convenient, incumbents of power, regardless of scope, habitually arbitrarily administer policies for personal gain 3 Persistent labor malpractices in some location

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. It’s great to hear such positive comments around our tech and innovation, founder and customer operations team. We take your feedback very seriously as we look for ways to continuously improve. We value your comments around certain areas we may need to focus on, such as our People and Culture function and support teams. If you’d like to share anything else with us, please reach out to talentacq@vgw.co.
