      Pros

      Good drinking culture and some true characters. If you are looking for a slacker existence where you can get away with doing very little this is the place for you

      Cons

      Not really sure where to start. No leadership, constant change of strategy, absolutely zero accountability, if you're a woman beware, sold share options to staff with the promise of an IPO, reorganized and spent millions to get the company ready and then canned this basically making the options worthless, no honesty and just rotten luck that they made it as far as they had

      Most leaders are open-minded. Remote work for most departments.

      Waiting for a permanent office space.

      1 Generous and brilliant founder 2 Emphasis on tech and innovation for growth 3 Industry behemoth 4 Customer Operations abreast with ambiguous legal regulations

      Cons

      1 Inefficient internal support teams overstaffed with underqualified yet overpaid yet underperforming personnel 2 "People and Culture" a gross misnomer for the HR team. If not egregiously promulgating disregard for internal policies whenever personally convenient, incumbents of power, regardless of scope, habitually arbitrarily administer policies for personal gain 3 Persistent labor malpractices in some location
