      Great pay and union benefits. Peers in the field are like family.

      Cons

      lack of communication coming from the office. lack of morale in the field. (has been getting better) horrible designers with no sense of accountability. they believe those in the field will just fix it. with NO recourse. (pretty common across all contractors though)
