Julie Ann Quay is a thief. She ripped off as a contractor, and there are other horror stories from other vendors/employees dealing with her. I was actually warned by a colleague to be cautious, but I had no idea she does business like this. I would stay away and advise any other person to stay away in kind.
Her company is run intensely chaotic and disorganized; she will ask you to chew off your left arm to get something done on a unrealistic deadline, only to not pay you.
