Most of the team leaders have no leadership experience and are in charge of 10+ people, no way to progress unless you’re a “favourite” bullying and gossip are a part of daily life. People who work hard get no where, people who do nothing get better opportunities. A lot of younger employees who use the internal messaging to flirt and gossip. Like being back in school.
