      Benefits are good here, pay is fairly competitive in market

      Cons

      Everything is messy Changes everyday Lots of initiatives and they are never happening because of the changes Political things are not managed in a consistent way it could be different with people Title inflation here, many Sr positions and roles but many of them are not capable Re-org all the time
