They own a lot of companies so you can get an ok discount at other companies as well as your own.
Cons
They purchased a company I work for recently and in the very small amount of time they have been in charge have completely changed the business ethos and feel. We have gone from being a family business with emphasis on looking after everybody within our supply chain (from the natural resources our product comes from to the people selling it in stores). Now we are lucky if we get 3 days notice before something changes, and working for VF who have proven links to slave labour and sweat shop work. The purchase has placed undue strain upon everybody in the company. Going from being a small company with morals to a small cog in a big company with no morals is awful.
