Pros
- Some WFH still allowed. - The rest of the team (not managers) are lovely. - Ok for a very short time but not good for your career longterm - Some benefits like ADO's (but goodluck trying to get these approved to take).
Cons
- Terrible CEO - Poor culture - no transparency, poor communication and no empowering employees to be their best here - Inept HR - openly discussing employees complaints (by name) in an open plan office - Very low pay compared to market rates - Very authoritative leadership style and structure - On my first day I as told if I must work 16 hours a day to meet deadlines I will just have to do it - Most managers are totally inept and inexperienced and are only there due to a restructure that required them to be redeployed. - If you ask questions, managers see this as a threat and you will be belittled in meetings. - Being a high performer who gets work done to a high standard will see you treated as a threat by managers. - Very male dominated and mysogyny is rife. - Be prepared for daily mansplanations from less experienced people who happen to be managers.
