You will have promotion oppty when you are in good "book" of the manager without any relevant experience. - leadership lack relevant industry experience and skills - no career growth - not good for an experienced professional (manager claim to value industry experience which is not accurate) - does not promote and support internal staffs for job opportunity - you have to pay for social events - don't value employee(but they "preach" about value employee but it is not "practiced")
