Politics of a Non-Profit inhibits organizations growth

Everyone in the office is very friendly, even the Executive Director. There was always cool VFX content to be seen, especially during the months surrounding the Awards Ceremony. Schedule was relatively flexible as long as the work was being done.

There was not much artistic work to be done, mostly office stuff. There were a couple issues with network connectivity while I was there.
