Pros
The company is prided for their quality of the product and the collaborative culture. The leadership team cares about people and provides flexiblity and support where possible to the employees. I enjoy working with people here. Many people who work for the company for a long time and truly committed in what they do. It is also very flat structure. You can talk to CEO easily and they get it!
Cons
We are a small team and sometimes the scope of roles are not very clear. Pros is you get to learn broader scope of the role.
