Pros
Excellent leadership, continues to grow exponential year after year, co-workers are dedicated, hard working. A pleasure working with the group of people that are here. Everyone is a professional, no back-biting politics to deal with and a definitive plan for the future. Feels great to be a part of a company that is looking forward instead of backwards.
Cons
Very few; company has continued to grow each year, but any growing pains are dealt with quickly and professionally. Can not say enough good things about the team and how everyone works together.
