What we do to help small businesses grow and create jobs is amazing. What's amazing about it is that 100% of those that come to us have been turned down by a bank. (Thanks for helping the most needy banks) We help them learn about businesses plans for free and we help them get a loan for their businesses when nobody else will.

First, to be honest, businesses that have been declined by banks are challenging to help. They really do need the educational training we provide. So, on a certain level, they can frustrate you. But this is also the Pro. To be able to stick it out with them, train them, and get them ready for a loan that helps their businesses is the reason I work here.

Dealing with the politics and attitudes of long-term employees, entitlement mentalities, and the negative attitudes of bitter individuals who do not recognize or appreciate what they have.
