5 Day working. Work Life Balance Good. Good company for those who have worked in Tier 1 or Tier 2 companies & want to take advantage of name of OEM company. Here Deputy Managers & above are executives. Assistant Manager & below are staff. For Executives It is best company. Executives have all authority & no responsibility. Due to Job security, Executives behave like Govt employees. All Eicher HR policies are made keeping executives in mind. Executives get promotion in very short time.
Cons
Staff have no authority & independence to do work. Very low salary of staff. Salary is low even from Tier-1 companies. Many sub-divisions in designation. Every designation have 2 or more sub-divisions. Total 3 types of Asstt Managers, 2 grades in Deputy Managers, 2 grades in Managers, after then senior Manager & so on. Every grade change takes at least 4 years to promote. Designation change will take at least 10 years or more. Worst Travel & communication policy. Very inconvenient to go outside because of absence of flexibility & independence. Very less limits for hotels & further because of corruption of booking party, one will get only third class hotels. In roaming Even Sales & Marketing staff is not allowed to do a single telephone call to anybody. Inefficient & non-working HR from Top to bottom. Career beginners are advised to keep away from it.
