Unfocused management with an unclear direction. Looks for things to take away from employees instead of rewarding them to cut costs. Saw them fire several employees that had worked there for over 20 years due to financial reasons. Too many ineffective meetings. Micro management. No raises. They don't keep promises. Uncertain future. People are constantly quitting.
