Pros
Fair paid, not the highest but also not the lowest in the industry lots of freedom in my work, just make sure you deliver. Flat lines, so not you typical American Hierarchy style company (Dutch management style)
Cons
My position required me to travel a lot, though I did sign up for that, it turned out to be more than I expected. Raises are not standard, you will have to ask yourself of you will be stuck on the same paygrade for years. you have to develop and manage yourself since you get so much freedom. no commission means some are less motivated. Not a lot of structure makes working sometimes hectic and chaotic.
