I Worked as fulltime developer for more than a year, as I feel I wrote my reviews here - Worst Management - They will treat employees like a slave. - No work life balance (Management will tell you to work 9 AM to 9 PM even for ladies also, Management will ask why you are going early at 9 PM) - No benefits at all (pf, insurance, no leaves in the probation period and you will get paid for the number of working days) - Existing reviews are added by current employees and forced by management - Harassment in notice period, they will assign some work especially in the evening. - No proper guidance for the projects, because the tester is the team leaders - Still works with old technologies like - vb.net, asp.net, PHP - Huge work, if they don't have work and they will give documentation or some other language projects like PHP and all.
