Pros
A great company, with a healthy culture that encourages collaborative, team-driven success. Because it's a smaller company, you feel as if your work is important.
Cons
The only drawback is that, also, because of the small size and relative flat structure there aren't many opportunities to advance. You'll get pay increases, but after being here a while, you'll realize you have to leave for meaningful career advancement.
