Pros
1) Great sensibilities and business wisdom in how the organization is run 2) Amazing communication from top to bottom - a LOT of effort is put forth to do that 3) People want to do the right thing - not content with something that is not working - effort to fix what's not working 4) Strong EOS company 5) It's always better to be on a winning team 6) The culture is *strong*
Cons
1) We're running super hot right now - why? Because we've acquired four companies in the last 100 days. It's a season but how many other companies can say they are experiencing what we are? 2) In some cases we've outgrown our processes and norms
