Cons
All of the cons of a startup and none of the positives. The focus and shift to metrics and over standardizing makes it impossible to care about your work and truly do what you can to keep clients happy. The management culture is by far some of the most toxic and useless I have seen. There are several small fish who thankfully learned quickly all the negative things that large 300+ multi person teams do to waste time and burnout employees with none of the positives of a usual startup. As clients get more and more upset the solution has been to add more of the processes that resulted in the initial problem. If I could give culture and management less than 1 star I would. What does the director even do? It’s definitely not paying attention to what the managers are doing.
