People. People are what made VAULT. From the top to the bottom, the people held everything together. From social events to team building, VAULT had it all. Everyone felt as a family and worked all in the trenches together. I bent over backward for the company to succeed technologically. I made it my life's passion for the company to stay secure and up-to-date. The owner, James Cagle, has changed my life. He has afforded me this experience that will take me much further in my career. He has shown me there are no limits and anything can be achieved. I wrote this review to thank the entire Cagle family and the VAULT name still lives on in my day-to-day life. "What would James do?" I ask myself that quite a lot.

It has come to an end. The company was sold to Pioneer Square Brands. A decision that is tough to understand, but I see the growth potential. I wanted it to be my career, my livelyhood, but sadly doors were closed an expectations crumbled.

When things get really busy it's not unheard of for everyone in the building to stop and help get a large order out for a customer. The comradery is amazing. The owners are extremely supportive of all of their employees. They are willing to help with anything you need whether it be personal or professional. Everyone is willing to teach you new things to help you make better decisions in your role or if you are interested in another aspect of the company they are always willing to teach you. The President has an open door policy and they 100% mean it. You can go into the his office at any time. The laughter between everyone is honestly one of the most motivating things ever. I have worked in a toxic environment before and working here is like a breath of fresh air. There are a lot of companies that taught the work / home life balance but it is for real here. Family is HUGE here and they want you to spend time with those you love.

I don't really see or feel any cons.
