      Decent pay, good work culture if you do well they are very accommodating

      Pay is below average and the company is very young not many old people I guess... Overall a good place to work tbh.

      easy hiring process some travel

      Cons

      salary / bonus / commission is low health benefits is not great management egos lack of clear organization or structure lack of training plays favorites some people might have prejudices questionable business practices quality of some of the people hired is poor
