      Excessive hours (multiple occasions where I was forced to work 32+ hours) No room for growth Management refuses to listen to anyone not in a management position Very little respect for employees Expected to drop all familial responsibilities

      - 5 team members supporting 10s of MVNOs and multiple systems - Back to back P0/P1 boilers, not time to rest - Reminded about your salary on every incident - Segregation on how issues are resolved - Arrogant and rude COO

      standby pay is a nice bit extra on top of salary

      Cons

      Standby hours range from being peaceful to extremely stressful no sleep for 3-5 days at a time.
