      Pros

      I really enjoy working for this company. The management really cares about your well-being and they try to have a good work-life balance. There's no drama and everyone respects one another

      Cons

      The pay is pretty low and we were recently told there's no room for raises. Also, their medical benefits are not great.

      Pros

      This is a great organization for workers 55 and older. The work is selective to your career goals and objectives and hours are flexible at the Host Agency I worked for. It was a WIN- WIN for me.

      Cons

      Patience is a virtue and a big factor when it comes to work with non-profit organizations.
