nothing good benfit for working in vamsystem. If you are fake or if you dont have any exp its ok.
Cons
1) Initially they will tell salary will be credit on every month 10th but salary will credit every month in between 20th to 25th it means January month salary will come in February 20th. 2) While joining they will tell they will give 1 month of paid leave after completion of 1year but after completion of one year they will not give single paid leave. It means 0 paid of sick leave 3) Wile joining they supposed to give 1 week of accommodation In doha, Yes they will give 1 week of accommodation but in a lodge that looks like red light area very worst hotel. For that they will not give 1 week of HRA it comes around 1000 INR 4) They will not give any support in documentation part like applying family visa and all. 5) This is very important and one of my friend faced/suffered with this issue that is They will not do interview properly and they will give a offer. Once you went to work location work culture and expectations will be different If you are not proving yourself means they will remove you from job and they will collect 2 months of your salary, if you are not paying 2 months of your salary means they will not give exit permit for coming out from Qatar. Proving is very difficult however if you selected on Java base they will ask you to do dot net. 6) They will pay very low salary as per Qatar standers, they will pay average 8,000 to 14,000 QAR but it is very low salary as 1bhk flat(for family) in Qatar is 4,500 QAR and transport and cost of living is very high in Qatar. 7) You will not get any other benefits like personal loan, helth insurance, credit cards, company mail id etc.. 8) They will treat you really a slave 9) Job security is very less, we don’t know up to how many days our job will be there. If client not required you they will remove you immediately without notice and they will collect 2 months of your salary from you and they will not give any other opportunity also they will not give NOC for joining in another company. We need to come back to home without job at the moment. 10) no fun no party nothing.. life will be like a slave.
