Pros

getting hired is very easy, you don't need past experience for most positions LGBTQ+ friendly generally liberal values work from home on thursdays is nice you wont evolve, but it can help you gather experience for your resume

Cons

you can get fired as instantly as you get hired, without any day of notice. many employees are paid through contracts with manpower Employment Organisation (OAED). Staff gets recycled all the time. but there is no training. You get thrown into communication with customers and tasks with little guidance. the stakes are high. If your contract with OAED is running out, they will tell you if you stay or leave on the same day of its expiration. unpaid overtime through work from home so labor inspectors won't catch the employees work manipulative tactics

Pros

My coworkers were the only good part. The culture felt nice only when management wasn’t around. Everyone supported each other and tried to make the best of it despite the conditions.

Cons

No real way to learn or grow. Leadership is a joke: toxic, disorganized and not above spilling lies to cover their own mistakes and blame employees instead. Staff are underpaid, overworked and ignored. Communication doesn’t exist because management doesn’t care about improvement but only about draining people and replacing them. They even have a “Great Place to Work” award but the only great thing there is their incompetence. I’ve talked with all the interns and every single one was disappointed and regretful for choosing this company because they learned nothing and were treated like disposable labor.
