A perfect place where you can explore your skills by receiving respect & appreciation. 3. VALSOC listened to our needs and made sure we were getting the correct value for the service provided. 4. A powerful & efficient management with smooth understanding, support & communication between technical staff & whole management team. They are reliable, thorough, smart, available, extremely good communicators and very friendly!

      Pros

      Great culture and we have WFH option. Very low ego environment full of smart and helpful people. The company is currently going through transformation. Going from a startup culture to a large company culture and Leadership is really trying to take the best aspects of both stages of company growth.Work life is Balanced. I believe that this company will become a fastest growing Tier-1 Service based on company in semiconductor field.

      As of now I have not seen any Cons, I will be able to comment on this once I pass on the appraisal cycle.
