There is not any good reason.

Never join if you are into software engineering. The software engineering practices are not up to the mark. Without any valid reason, the terminate contract anytime.

The people you work with are great and the company has good products and is quite forward thinking. The office is also nice but doesn’t have a lot around it to do at lunch.

Staff are not always valued or treated fairly and too much is expected of them. You are told what to do a lot. The pay could be much better.
