      1. People are incredible 2. Office location is good 3. Senior leadership (aside from CEO) are thoughtful and kind

      Cons

      1. Arrogant and self aggrandising CEO (with no reason to hold himself in such high regard) 2. Product Market Fit is tenuous at best

      Pros

      They've hired very intelligent people and treat them well. Benefits and work life balance were the best I have worked at in Europe. The culture of building is good and the product organization is very good.

      Cons

      Messy human resources, people fired too late became issues to company culture. Some teams have a culture of complaining. especially younger people
