Pros
Some of the +ves have been stated in other reviews: - Flexible working hours. Friendly senior colleagues who are willing to help when asked. - A lot of freedom granted - No politics between colleagues. - No micromanagement. - Casual wear - Boss orders catered lunch every Chinese New Year (pre-covid). GM gives ang pow too ;) - Do look forward to Christmas Eve and New Year's eve ;) - Yearly increment and bonus as long as you are doing ok. - Willing to hire diploma holders.
Cons
Cons: - Turnover is somewhat high. Many have left after around the 2 year mark. - Salary is slightly low when compared to graduate employment survey. - No training.
