Pros
Decent pay, little low compared to other contractors in the area, but overall decent. Good insurance for just yourself, they offer an extra $5/hr towards insurance if you don't get insurance it goes into your 401k offer 401k, company matching. 56 hrs of sick leave each calender year, and 40 hrs of pto after first year, 80 hrs after 5 years and 3 weeks after 10 years with the company.
Cons
Horrible insurance for families insanely expensive like 1200 month for wife and 1 child for halfway decent not even good insurance. Policies are bad, my current overall supervisor is horrible who has had 3 separate people reach out to HR about him and no changes whatsoever. Pay is lowest on base compared to other contractors. Not really the best company, although there are men at work who have worked at this job 20 years and they said v2x is the worst contractor they've had thus far.
